[xep-support] MathML Solution for XEP?

I've been working on demonstrating the integration of
MathML and XSL-FO and I'm wondering of RenderX has a
recommended solution? The obvious approach would be
MathML-to-SVG transform but I have yet to find a
satisfactory free transform and I couldn't find evals
of any commercial solutions (and I don't have the
budget to buy them on spec).
