    Careful! You've used PSMI above as if it were a signal of some kind, when
    it isn't ... it is a wrapper ... you'll have to mimic what I quoted from
    you first above:

         <fo:flow
             A
             <psmi:page-sequence master-reference="A3Landscape">
                 <fo:flow
                     B
                 </fo:flow
             </psmi:page-sequence
             C
         </fo:flow
