    Hello Marc,

    Helvetica is one of the standard Acrobat fonts so Acrobat will be able
    to show a document with this font always, no matter if you have
    embedded it or not.
    As for other missing outlines - there are some free fonts accompanying
    GhostScript, try to look their. And surely you can buy any fonts on
    the Net those days. :-)
