My phone bill for discussion of this particular issue with Nikolai
approached the price of XEP license. There is a lot of inconsistencies
in this particular issue in the spec; however, this picture is a strong
argument; we'll reconsider it and probably reimplement in accordance
with specification. This is a one-line change. The code works either
way.
