[xep-support] A table with 2 columns that flow

I need to explore whether there's a way of putting multiple flows in the
region-body of an XSL-FO document.

I have a document that has two columns in the body, but I want to create
a table within this flow that itself contains two columns that flow.

Can this be done and if so how?
