Hi Alexei,

You can find a sample at http://www.zert.se/temp/footnote.zip

This is just a quick and dirty example so the XSL is not that smart. But it
number all unique footnotes and if a footnote with the same content appears
more than once it will get the same number.

You can see on page two in the PDF that the footnotes are in the order they
appear in the content file. My customer want the footnote to be in number
order instead.
