Yes.
If you use XSL-FO as a source, just set the appropriate Java System
properties.

Roughly,

System.setProperty("com.renderx.sax.entityresolver",
"org.apache.xml.resolver.tools.CatalogResolver");
System.setProperty("com.renderx.jaxp.uriresolver",
"org.apache.xml.resolver.tools.CatalogResolver");

in any place of your Java code (before calling the format() method, of
course).
