[xep-support] Table handling differences across platforms

Hi,

I'm finding that the output of tables is not consistent between 2
different deployments of XEP - one on Windows, the other on Linux.

The issues I've found can be summed up as follows:

- the table is not filling the width of the page yet is wrapping the
text in table cells where it shouldn't. It's fine on Windows.

- I've a 2 column table with colspec width="50%" but this is not
honoured. Again, fine on Windows

- I've a 3 column table where the 2nd and 3rd cols are empty. On linux
the table uses the minimal width the table can fit in whilst on windows
the table uses the full width of the page

Both are running the same versions of XEP so OS is the only
differentiating factor I can see between the 2. Is there anything I'm
missing or are these indeed bugs?

Regards
Andy Wu
