[xep-support] PANTONE color question (resubmitted)

I see in version 4.6 of XEP that the embedded PANTONE support has been
removed, and that reference is made to retrieve a file from the Pantone
site, and use the SPOT_COLOR_TRANSLATION_TABLE config option to point to
this file. Has anyone done this yet, and can give a bit more
instructions on this? I've gone to the Pantone site and can't determine
where to find this file...
