[xep-support] NPE during invoking XEP

Hi,

I'm invoking XEP from servlet. Unfortunately formatting always finishes
with NPE. Log from XEP is:

(document [system-id http://localhost:8080/vizitka.fo]
   (validate [validation OK])
   (compile
     (masters
       (sequence-master [master-name my-master]))
     (sequence [master-reference my-master]
       (flow [flow-name xsl-region-body]

Do you have any idea what can be wrong at this stage?
