[xep-support] Enabling commenting for Adobe Reader 7

XEP Version 4.5 20060123 Personal Edition
OS: Linux
Java: jdk1.5.0_06

I am unable to get commenting enabled for PDF documents loaded into
Adobe Reader 7. I tried using configuration settings in xep.xml and
processing instruction in the FO file, but to no avail.

Are there limitations to the Personal Edition of XEP? Is
Adobe Reader 7 not supported? ...

Any insight appreciated,
