[xep-support] Color specifications in text-shadow

I've been using text-shadow with XEP 4.1. It appears that 4.1 is not
recognizing valid color specifications. In particular, this works:

- text-shadow="-2pt 2pt gray"

but these two variations result in the message "Repeated color
specification in text-shadow ignored":

- text-shadow="-2pt 2pt rgb(153, 153, 153)"

- text-shadow="-2pt 2pt #999999"

I would expect all three forms to be both correct and supported
(although I'm not 100% sure if support for the hex form is actually
required by the spec).

Cheers,

E.
