[xep-support] Kerning of OpenType fonts; table issues

Hello,

Does XEP support kerning of OpenType fonts? I have Minion Pro (OpenType) and Minion (PostScript Type 1). When I use Minion (Type 1), the output looks great, but with Minion Pro the lack of kerning is quite noticeable.

Can I fix this in my font prefs?

Also, when a table in my fo file contains a heading row, then several rows of empty cells (e.g. for a student to fill in), XEP appears to not cope with this properly at a page boundary, and the bottom of the table smashes through the footer area of the page. Is this a bug?

Many thanks
