[xep-support] How to create multiple column in the nested table?

    Hi,

    I have a nested tables shown as below, as long as I add another column, the
    alignment is all messed up. The first column's format needs to be like an
    index format, i.e. term-continued.

    Current layout:
    Level_1 ...
      Level_2 ...
        Level_3 ...

    Wanted:
    Col_1 Col_2
    Level_1 7
      Leve_2 8
        Level_3 9
