    Hi,

In the attached small example a monospace font is used. In the document
there is a block containing an inline of width 6em. It has six characters
in it. They fit perfectly as expected. The one-cell table below has one
column which also has a width of 6em. The same six characters are in the
table cell. However, there is no longer a perfect fit. The column is
actually wider than 6em. Is there a reason for this?

    Regards,

    Werner.
