[xep-support] Detect tablerow is first row on a page

    Hi,

    Is there a way to detect that the current row is the first row on a
    page?

    I have several large tables that span over multiple pages. Tableheader
    is repeated when a new page is started but I like to add some formatting
    to the first row after this repeated header. Is there a way to do this?
