I am trying to create a 'complex running header' containing page subtotals
    for multiple columns
of data and other information without success. I refer directly to Nikolai's
    post on David Pawson's site
    http://www.dpawson.co.uk/xsl/sect3/running.html#d9896e14
    <http://www.dpawson.co.uk/xsl/sect3/running.html#d9896e14> where he implys
    that more 'complex'
running headers containing page totals may be impossible to achieve with the
    current specification.

Despite my scouring efforts of searching, I have been unable to find any
    solutions.
Any help or direction would be extremely appreciated.
