    Is there any reason why this should not work with XEP:

    <fo:static-content flow-name="xsl-region-before">

          <fo:block text-align="right" space-before="54pt">

                <fo:external-graphic width="1.75in"
    src="url(http://localhost/ssp/user/images/ logo.jpg)"/>

          </fo:block>

    </fo:static-content>

    We also tried a relative url '(images/logo.jpg)'

    We are working in Windows 2000, on Tomcat 4.1.27, with Xerces 2.5.0 and
    Xalan 2.5.1 installed in common/endorsed and in our Web app, also Cocoon
    2.1.2, which is talking to XEP 3.6.3 just fine. When you go to that URL
    in a browser, the image is there. Are we just calling the 'src'
    attribute incorrectly?
