[xep-support] Re: XEP and support of bookmarks.collapse parameter for PDF output

Hi David,
Indeed, it seems the person who implemented that feature was a FOP user,
and didn't consider the other XSL-FO processors. I'll apply your patch
for XEP. Thanks.
