[xep-support] Window vista support

Dear XEP,

When I tried to install my XEP version (Docbench) on a new laptop fitted
with Windows Vista (Business) I encountered problems. Message: "access to
xep-ms.bat" failed or simila, though all rights were set (and reset, and
rebooted.) properly.

Does XEP support Windows Vista? What can I do to properly install XEP?
