Hi Ludger,
The easiest way is to surround the word with fo:inline giving it the
attribute hyphenate false. We use it for countings like 'Kinder-, Schreber-,
und Gemüsegarten' which is typical in german language and looks bad if you
hyphenate it at all.
But maybe the support knows a more elegant way, which I'm interested in too.

Dear support,
I wonder how to prevent XEP from hyphenating words with hyphen (e.g.
Render-X or MS-Project etc.)? Since I'm no tex expert I really found it
hard to find any information on this. Can you provide an example how to
do this?
