Thanks, Werner. I like the proposals you made to the XSL-FO SG. Too
bad they said no!
For now we are using a kludgy workaround which consists basically of
making the title line-height 50% bigger than the normal line-height.
If the title is broken into an even number of lines, the text remains
synchronized, so there is a 50-50 chance of it working! If not, some
user input is required...
