[xep-support] Does XEP support xsl 2.0?

We are using stylesheets with 2.0 features. I would like to know whether
XEP supports this or allow to incorporate Fo processors compatible with
XSLT 2.0, like saxon8.jar. I haven't seen any information about it in
the reference manual.
