Hello,
I have a special behavior with Acrobat Reader 3.0 for Os/2.
I want to know, if this issue had already issued (sp?) in the rendering world of PDF.
I have take the Hammer.xsl and Hammer.xml example to render my PDF on weblogic 8.1 server.
When my Netscape, Os/2 client received the hammer pdf, I have the message:
First panel : Ce fichier est endommagé. (should sound like: The file is broken)
Second panel: Une erreur est survenue pendant l'ouverture de ce document. Impossible de réparer le fichier. (should sound like: An error has been found at the document
opening. Fixing file is impossible)
It seems that the Acrobat Reader 3.0 on Os/2 cannot resolve some binary of the PDF generated by XEP. On the other hand, I called the same example (Hammer.xsl) on a
windows xp / explorer 6.0 / AR 3.0 without trouble. I have put the <?xep-pdf-unicode-annotations false?> before <fo:root> on the hammer.xsl file to make sure it will run
on AR 3.0
Anybody have some idea? Where can I start searching for a solution? Some FO or XSL or XEP tag are only windows compliant? Can I have a list of tag that are only
support on windows? Anything will help me.
Best Regards,
Frédéric Ouellet
