[xep-support] Mac OS X Font Suitcase

I have a collection of fonts on my Macintosh OS X computer that have
the filetype "Font Suitcase". Many of these came with my installation
of Microsoft Office.

Am I able to use these with XEP?

If so, how do I configure them in the fonts.xml file?
