[xep-support] Re: DocBook to docx

When I need to generate a Word file from DocBook, I use the
xhtml/docbook.xsl stylesheet to generate XHTML, open that in Word, and
save it as .docx. If you have a CSS file associated with the XHTML
file, then much of that formatting will be preserved in the Word file.
