Yingwei,

Perhaps the TIFF is not actually RGB. Normally RGB only has three components ("samples") per pixel, red, green and blue.

Hi,

We are experiencing an error when displaying an TIFF image: [error] com.renderx.graphics.ImageFormatException: RGB image cannot have 4 samples per pixel in TIFF image.  What does it mean? I would be happy to supply you a copy of an image that causes this problem.
