[xep-support] Odd error in validation

 xep op.fo
(document [system-id file:/sgml/dbpubs/penguin/op.fo]
  (validate
    [error] Attribute 'font-size' cannot have a value of "".
    [validation total: 1 error]
Parse error: Invalid XSL FO source 'file:/sgml/dbpubs/penguin/op.fo':
1 error found during validation

Yet a search of the fo file shows no such value, i.e. font-size=""

Is there some other value that would trigger this error?
