[xep-support] Problem getting DiType to work

I've installed DiType (stamped) on Windows XP and rebooted.

The DiType service is running:

C:\>sc query ditype

SERVICE_NAME: ditype
        TYPE : 10 WIN32_OWN_PROCESS
        STATE : 4 RUNNING
                                (STOPPABLE,NOT_PAUSABLE,IGNORES_SHUTDOWN)

        CHECKPOINT : 0x0
        WAIT_HINT : 0x0

When I try to transform a fo document to pdf using DiType assistant, the
log says "connection to server 'None:None' refused".

When I try to load http://localhost:19800/ in my browser (as mentioned
in the user guide
http://mediawiki.renderx.com/index.php/DiType_User_Guide/Administration),
the page never loads, but hasn't (after quite a while) timed out either.
I'm not running a firewall (the Windows firewall is disabled).

Perhaps there's a configuration step I missed?
