Do you know if XEP has support for widow and orphan control with respect to table rows?
I'm looking for something similar to what is described in this Apache FOP extension:

http://xmlgraphics.apache.org/fop/0.95/extensions.html#widow-orphan-content-limit

I didn't see anything in the reference manual, but perhaps I've overlooked something.
