[xep-support] Inter-document link action type

Hi all,

I have two generated pdfs that are linked to each other via a basic-
link with an external destination. XEP makes the link using the
action type "Go to a page in another document", which is (apparently)
not supported by Apple's Preview application (console log shows this
error: Preview[356] Unsupported action type: GoToR).

Is there any way to get the links to use the "Open a file" action or
to get around Preview's issue with the go to a page action?
