[xep-support] PDF Linearization problem

Hello

Big problem over here with Linearization.

It looks like PDFs Linearized with Renderx 4.6 won't open from a remote
location under Adobe 5.x and 6.x. They do seem to open up correctly
under Adobe 7.x

To give a little bit of background, Adobe 5.x and 6.x, when opened
locally show the PDF as being Linearized (Fast Web View enabled), but
Adobe 7.x does not (it does not recognize it as being Linearized (or
optimized for Fast Web View) although it might be and most probably is
Linearized although not necessarilly as it should be).

The error message received when trying to open a PDF is: "Error reading
linearized hint data".

Is there a clean and easy workaround for this. This is having a big
impact over here. Am I missing some configuration settings in RenderX?

This is what we have:

    <generator-options format="PDF">
      <option name="LINEARIZE" value="true"/>
      <option name="INITIAL_ZOOM" value="auto"/>
      <option name="VIEW_MODE" value="auto"/>
      <option name="DROP_UNUSED_DESTINATIONS" value="true"/>
      <option name="PDF_VERSION" value="1.5"/>
    </generator-options>

Regards
Jeff
