Hi Mark,

Add the following processing instructions before the fo:root element
(may be also right after the fo:root start tag):

<?xep-pdf-userpassword password?>
<?xep-pdf-userprivileges annotate?>

Acrobat Reader will now ask for a password which is "password". When
the document opens you will not be able to print it because "print"
is not in the list of privileges. The default list is in fact just
"annotate".

Regards,

Werner.
