Thanks Ken. Do you think that setting width="0pt" on fo:inline should
work according to XSL-FO spec? At one place spec says that width
property can be applied to fo:inline, and in other place it says that
width is applicable only to formatting objects other than
non-replaceable inlines.

It works in some implementations, and it doesn't work in some
implementations (including XEP).
