[xep-support] page number and page-range

Hi,

I have a requirement to create a table of contents where each TOC entry
should display only the page number (15) if its contents fits on a single
page and page range (16 - 21) if its contents is spread over several pages.

I know how to implement the page range:

TOC ENTRY
<fo:block>Introduction <fo:leader
leader-pattern="dots"/><fo:page-number-citation ref-id="SOD-DOC-WS-449"/> to
<fo:page-number-citation ref-id="EOD-DOC-WS-449"/>
</fo:block>

CONTENT
<fo:block id="SOD-DOC-WS-449">
   <fo:block>Introduction</fo:block>

   <!-- CONTENT -->

   <fo:block id="EOD-DOC-WS-449"/>
</fo:block>

What I want to be able to do is if both beginning and ending page markers
eventually end up on the same page, I only display a page number rather than
a page range: "16" instead of "16 to 16"!

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks and regards,

Enrico Raymundo
