[xep-support] (spot)color convert tool

Does someone know if there is a tool that is able to convert pages
within a PDF (or a complete PDF) to spotcolor (PMS)?
Since XEP is not capable of dealing with sportcolor images (for as far
as I know), I wonder if there is a way to do this by hand after creating
the PDF with XEP. Important is that the images are converted as well.
