[xep-support] Feature request: Extension for acrobat comments

It would be nice to be able to have some content rendered in the pdf as
an acrobat comment (i.e. the stickie note-type things and highlighed
areas with associated text that you can apply manually in the full
acrobat and print separately). I notice that OpenOffice renderes draft
comments this way automatically, so apparently it's possible.
