[xep-support] About french hyphenation

Hello,

After re-read and re-read again my document I found a lot of bad
hyphenation in french.

For exemple the word caractères is hyphen as cara-ctères instead of
the correct form : carac-tères.

I'd a look in the hyphen directory and I found the file
frhyph_rx.tex. I'd a look inside xep.xml and the definition I found is :

     <language name="French" codes="fr fra fre">
       <hyphenation pattern="frhyph_rx.tex"/>
     </language>

So how can I improve the file ? Can I use this file : <http://
www.ctan.org/tex-archive/language/hyphenation/frhyph.tex> ?

Thanks in advance,
Jacques
