[xep-support] change-bars processing improved

Dear list subscribers,

RenderX has released a new build of XEP 4.5, which is available for
download on the web (http://www.renderx.com/download/updates.html).
The new build brings sugnificant improvements in change-bars rendering,
including fixes for the InternalException bug.
Change-bars support is still experimental and the implementation does not
completely follow the XSL 1.1 Working Draft.
Known defeciences are that change-bars around table-header and
table-footer are
only rendered once for the last occurance of these repeating elements.
