[xep-support] white-space-treatment and -collapse

Hi,

XEP (version 4.4) complains if I usa a "white-space-treatment" or
"white-space-collapse attribute" property on a fo:block. I think, the
specs says they are allowed on blocks. Is this XEP's error or mine?

Example: my fo snippet:

<fo:block white-space-collapse="false" white-space-treatment="preserve">
                   <fo:inline>A new inline with some line-breaks

still the same inline.</fo:inline>
                </fo:block>

Causes:
Attribute 'fo:white-space-collapse' cannot occur at element 'fo:block'.
Attribute 'fo:white-space-treatment' cannot occur at element 'fo:block'.

Thanks for your help!

Peter
