[xep-support] OOM problem fixed!

In defense of XEP please know that the OOM error was entirely my fault.
Because of my configuration, I had XEP calling an obsolete xep.bat
file. I spoke with Kevin Brown at XEP, and he was kind enough to run
tests and ask questions until he figured out what I had done wrong. As
well, he responded so promptly that he had me up and running again
within an hour.

My sincere thanks to Kevin Brown and XEP support.

Also, my sincere thanks to this list. All your answers have taught me
much useful info for now and later. You are very patient folks, and I
do appreciate it.
