[xep-support] xep extension

Hi all

I search in the documentation of xep processor and in that of dockbook
stylesheets, to find

the way to use the xep extension (rx:bookmark, rx:meta-info,
rx:page-index).

I use oxygen 5.01 whith xep 4.2, and Version 1.67.0 of stylesheets.

My platform is Windows XP .

Can someone ( Mr. Stayton:)) put some example, to link the xsl world
with that of xsl-fo of xep.

The examples of renderx are always on the xsl-fo world; perhaps I don't
able to find the examples that I look for.

Some link about the two world (xsl and xsl-fo) will be appreciated.
