[xep-support] Enmasse doesn't work

Hello,

I'm trying to use Enmasse (Actinia).
When trying to format any document, the following error appears (in the engine.bat window and actinia.log):

exception: could not format 'cliser:///C|/ENMASSE_DOCS/inp/SimpleFileName.XML':
java.lang.RuntimeException: should not happen

While trying to format the same document using XEP.BAT, it works OK.
