Now that Adobe Reader 7.0 has reviewing/annotation support, commenting
support in PDFs will be in greater demand. Can XEP generate
commenting-enabled PDFs? Right now, Reader 7.0 always shows
XEP-generated PDFs as "Commenting: not allowed" even when I have
"annotate" among the values for the <generator-options format="PDF">'s
USERPRIVILEGES option.
