Hello Arjan,

Actually we have never seen this message - there is no such message in
the list archives also. Looks like it have never reached us.

First of all you can turn on hyphenation (with hyphenate="true"
property). Another common approach to URL breaking is insertion of
zero-width spaces. For example you can take a look at the technic
suggested by Ken Holman: http://www.renderx.net/lists/xep-support/1079.html
