[xep-support] align table to "outside"?

Is there any way in XEP to align a table or other block element to the
"outside"? I don't want to use a float, I just want a table to align to the
outside of the current page. There is the text-align="outside" defined in
XSL-FO 1.0, which works in XEP for inline elements, but it has no effect on
a table (probably because it is a block element). I think I could do it if
inline-container were supported, as I could put the table inside an
inline-container. Is there any plan to add inline-container?
