Hi!

I am trying to integrate XEP 4.1 with our Oracle 9.2 server. Oracle 9.2 is
based on Java VM 1.3.1.

"XEP 4.1 Reference for Java" says

"Java edition of XEP requires a Java VM 1.1.8 or higher to run properly.
Sun JRE version 1.3 or later is highly recommended."

But still I am not able to compile XEP. Is seems like I am missing some
libraries.

Regards
