[xep-support] renderx 4.0

We've recently upgraded ourselves to renderx 4.0 from 3.0
and have been receiving a consistent error message:

derx.xep.lib.InternalException: attribute 'image-base-url' is required but missi
ng

renderx spits out this dsssl-like log which complains about an
attribute called 'image-base-url' .... I can find no documentation
on this attribute or the xsl:fo attribute from which it is derived...

I suspect it's the <fo:external-graphic> tag's src attribute...
But since I have so many of these, it's been a hard thing to debug..
