    Hello Ken,

    Just to make my point clear: I believe that original question was
    about rotation of content to the angle less then 90 degrees but more
    then 0 degrees. Since in XSL-FO reference and glyph orientation values
    restricted to 0, +/-90, +/-180, +/-270 degrees the only feasible
    option is to use SVG because it provides desired functionality.
