[xep-support] include external resources (pdf?)

    Hi,

    is it possible to include existing pages (pdf maybe) into a rendering
    process?

    Let's say I want to render a catalog from xml and add some existing
    pages (advertisement etc.)
    at a certain position (page no. XX or similar) in the catalog.

    What would be best practise to accomplish this?
